Who we are
This policy explains how Antakya Yazılım processes personal data of people who visit antakyayazilim.com and contact us, in line with applicable data protection laws including Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can reach us at info@antakyayazilim.com.
What data we process
- The name, email address, company name (optional), project type and message you send through the contact form.
- Information you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical server logs kept for security, such as IP address, browser information and access time.
Why we process it
We process your data to answer your request, prepare quotes, communicate with you and keep the website secure. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interests; transfers abroad rely on the consent you give when submitting the form.
Sharing and transfers
Contact form messages are delivered to us through our email delivery provider, EmailJS, whose servers may be located outside Turkey. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties, except with authorities where required by law.
Cookies and visit statistics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, and viewing the site does not send data to third-party tracking services.
For visit statistics we use Umami, a cookieless tool that runs on our own server. It does not store your IP address or identify you; it only keeps aggregated, anonymous figures such as pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type. This data is not shared with third parties.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for any period required by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties your data is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction of your data, and ask for these actions to be notified to third parties,
- Object to outcomes against you that result solely from automated processing,
- Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
